Setra: Pressure Transducers

From ultra low pressure to refrigeration and chiller applications, Setra has a transducer that best meets your HVAC/R needs. We offer single ranges (Models 264 and 265) and multi-ranges (Model 260 and 267) for low air pressure as well as our Model 269 for high accuracy critical applications. We also offer stainless steel units for all refrigerants and liquids (Model 209 and 3100), as well as differential monitoring in these Wet/Wet applications (Model 230 and 231). Since one size does not fit all, Setra offers our customers a broad menu of choices that best suit their specific application, performance, and cost requirements. The comprehensive pressure product line is the backbone of our HVAC solution and seamlessly integrates with the new current and humidity lines.

Setra: Humidity Transducers

Setra’s humidity sensors provide a full line solution that includes a wall, duct mount, and outside air offering. The product line is designed to complement Setra’s pressure and current products, where we provide our customers with a complete line of sensors for all of their HVAC needs. In developing the humidity line, we incorporated an industry standard capacitance sensing element with Setra’s custom ASIC design – which is used in all of Setra’s HVAC pressure products. The combination has resulted in a line of humidity sensors that meet their published specification, incorporate field replaceable tips (without recalibration), and offer optional LCD designs. As is always the case, Setra’s humidity offering will meet your quality, delivery and cost needs, providing you with the best solution for all of your sensor requirements.

Setra: Current Switches

Setra’s family of current sensors is offered with both a Split Core (CSC) and Solid Core (CSS) Design. The product is uniquely designed to measure low currents for fractional HP motors, as well as currents up to 200 Amps. Utilizing our magnetic current sensing technology, these switches are ideal for monitoring motors that drive fans, pumps, and blowers. With both fixed and adjustable set points, the units allow the user to determine what products best fit their needs. The Solid CSS model is ideal for new installations when power cables are being run to their respective motors. In existing applications, the CSC Split design can be clamped on after the fact with no intrusion into the power lines. The addition of the Snap-On Relay option (on either design) – allows the remote starting or stopping of fan and pump motors.
